This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a cozy lounge area, and a great restaurant. The staff even helped me return forgotten belongings after my first stay. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'll be back for Christmas.

the rooms were airy, neat, came with air con, great air conditioning, tv. location: the hotel was close enough to the ferry port and bus station, and the ferry port.

Had king room with TV. Kind staff and a sensational breakfast with olives.

missingWrote a review on 15 Noventrance confusion
Getting to the hotel involved a mildly confusing entrance through the restaurant. Pillows and blankets weren't to my liking-they could use a refresh, along with some elements of the decor, which showed signs of age. The shower space felt cramped and the overall room might benefit from some modern updates.

The breakfast featured fresh baked bread and a variety of local specialties that added a good touch to my mornings.
Parking was limited to public spaces only, made finding a spot a bit challenging at times.

Located close to bus station. A good, but over-priced, restaurant.
Staff were indifferent and unhelpful. Property is only staffed when restaurant is open, and restaurant is closed all day on Sunday.

Had the king room and it was good value for money and compact with a fridge & tv. The location for Dubrovnik was magnificent and incredible, adjacent to a tasty vegan/vegetarian restaurant near by, bars, and restaurants, and bus station.

Super friendly staff, had amazing stay!!!
It had good and excellent location not too far from Gruz Harbor. And the area was busy, not far from Korcula Island and main bus station, a tourist information, ATMs, market, bakeries and restaurants. Enjoyed our rooms with twin beds.

A bit smaller than I expected.

The check-in system is ridiculous-having to jostle through a restaurant is just not practical!!! It's a shame there's no clear signage pointing to the entrance. I had to wander around like a lost tourist!!! Another thing, the older decor really needs refreshing. A bit of charm can still be modernized!!!

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room at a reasonable price, equipped kitchen available for self catering. Position convenient to harbour, intercity bus station and local bus to Dubrovnik's old ctown. Superemarket and money changer close by also.
Noise from a nearby club or disco went on loud and late at night.

Very nice accommodation. The landlord was just great. He took care that our motorcycles in front of the hotel were not written down by the police. And since our ferry to Bari only left in the evening, we could have our room all day long.

Villa Amfora has a fantastic location just minutes from the bus station and the pier. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great Wi-Fi. Nina, the housekeeper, was super friendly and always available. Breakfast was a highlight-a good buffet with fresh fruit, homemade banana bread, and plenty of drink options, enjoyed on a cozy terrace. Noise from the street could be bothersome at times, especially in the evenings due to nearby bars. The shower space was a bit cramped, but I managed. A solid stay with excellent hospitality!

Why it's almost great (but not quite)
The location is superb, with easy access to bus transport and nearby cafes. Nina's warm hospitality was a highlight! Breakfast was good, with delicious homemade treats too.
The noise from nearby bars made nighttime restful sleep difficult. The check-in process was confusing-I had to navigate through a busy restaurant without clear signage .

Incredible convenience - less than 5 minutes walk from the port, across 2 roads from the main bus stop for Pile Gate, across one road from "Travel Corner" where you can deposit luggage and use the internet, and very close to a cheap bakery and outdoor bar. Add to that a good-sized room and a restaurant/bar attached to the guest house, and this is as close to a perfect hotel as I have ever stayed in while travelling Europe. It isn't cheap (however, nor is it a luxury option), but as nothing in Dubrovnik is anyway, if you/re coming here you could scarcely do better. Other positives - very helpful staff, especially the restaurant waiters and the hotelier who assisted when I needed to leave for the ferry before they opened in the morning.
